Through ShortlistIQ, you can access a detailed analysis of candidate scores and profiles immediately following the AI-conducted first-round interviews.

Understanding the Interview Columns for In-depth Analysis

  1. Score: Represents the comprehensive scoring of a candidate's skills as graded by the AI Assistant. These scores are uniquely calculated based on the specific requirements and competencies required for different job roles and helps you identify top performers tailored to the role's unique needs.

Candidate Information: This column provides basic information about your candidate, such as their name, contact information, and any other relevant details that the recruiter may need for further processes or communication. Detailed candidate information can be viewed by clicking on Open > Information.
