Through ShortlistIQ, you can access a detailed analysis of candidate scores and profiles immediately following the AI-conducted first-round interviews.

Understanding the Interview Columns for In-depth Analysis

  1. Score: Represents the comprehensive scoring of a candidate's skills as graded by the AI Assistant. These scores are uniquely calculated based on the specific requirements and competencies required for different job roles and helps you identify top performers tailored to the role's unique needs.

Candidate Information: This column provides basic information about your candidate, such as their name, contact information, and any other relevant details that the recruiter may need for further processes or communication. Detailed candidate information can be viewed by clicking on Open > Information.

  3. Positive Remarks: Hovering over a candidate's positive remarks field, you can find specific strengths of the candidate as identified during the interview. These insights highlight areas where the candidate excels, contributing positively to their potential role within the organization. Individual remarks can be accessed through Open > Scorecard too

  4. Negative Remarks: Hovering over a candidate's negative remarks field, this outlines the opportunities for improvement or areas where your candidate may lack in comparison to the job's requirements. Individual remarks can be accessed through Open > Scorecard too.

  5. Source: Identifying where your candidate was sourced from (e.g., LinkedIn, a recruitment agency, the company’s website) allows you to assess the effectiveness and quality of different sourcing channels over time.


  6. Activity: Click on Open > Activity to open the feature that tracks your candidate’s journey within ShortlistIQ, providing a timeline of their progress, from importation and invitation through to interview completion. It offers practical insights into the candidate's engagement and promptness.


  7. Chat: Click on Open > Chat to review the entire history of the interaction between your AI assistant and the candidate. This transparency allows for a deeper understanding of how the candidate communicates and reacts in real-time, providing context to the scores and remarks provided.
